Take care of your knife.

We love carbon steel...

especially the knives that can be sharpened to a very sharp edge through regular honing.

Remember to dry the blade thoroughly when the knife is used and hand washing is recommended.

The steel will oxidize over time and develop a beautiful patina.

Also, lubricate the knife with a few drops of oil every now and then.
